Miss World 2014

I always believed South Africa was a Beautiful place filled with Beautiful people... On the 14th of December 2014, Miss World crowned our very own Rolene Strauss as their Miss World. She stood out and shon like the star she is.

 

 

Born in Volksrust, mother Theresa and father Hennie, found it hard to have a child until medical miricals gave them their little daughter 22years ago. Rolene is now a student following in her parents footsteps into the medical field. This young lady is found reading inspiration books and doing many outdoor sports as well as playing many musical instruments.

 

She started in the pagentary world when she was 15 in the Elite model look international where she won. After a few top rankings and near misses she later on won Miss South Africa 2014 in 2013.

 

I believe that Rolene Strauss will forfill her duties with elegance and confidence as she believes everyone has potential to strive in something they love and believe in.  

Well done Rolene Strauss for winning and thank you SA for the beautiful people you have given us.

RUNWAY SPOTLIGHT Victoria's Secret 2014

So in light of the Victoria’s Secret show that happened last week, I decided to show you a few highlights of the show…

The show was hosted in London this year and the angels travelled by “Angel Air”.

 

 

They had appearances by Taylor Swift, Ed Sheeran, Hozier and Ariana Grande.

This show is not only about the lingerie but also about the beautiful bombshells that showcase them…

 

 

 

 

We had 2 VS Fantasy Bras worth $2 million worn by Alessandra Ambrosio and Adriana Lima…

So many friends of mine have asked why this name, well I’ve been told I look Russian and this blog is from my point of view. Allure is the draw of one’s eye or attention through beauty. This blog is about all the beautiful things in this world… where news updates of wars and hatred is a daily given.

I am so tired of hearing people being mistreated and hurt for the way they look or they way they are. Do not get me wrong, for as long as we live this shall continue but to point out the good and the beautiful in this world it may make life a bit more pleasant.

We all may have different views on what is beautiful, but I hope that you agree with me on things I shall share with you. Whether it’s in fashion, daily life, nature or whatever, I would like to show you the world through my eyes…
